Ages 5 to 10: In this class, children learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, safe, and structured environment. The focus is on building strong fundamentals through basic techniques, movement drills, and playful exercises that help develop coordination, confidence, and discipline. Students are introduced to essential elements of the sport such as drilling and light sparring, allowing them to practice what they learn while having fun and improving step by step.

Ages 10+: In this class, students build on their fundamental Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques while learning more detailed movements and longer technique sequences. The training becomes more structured and challenging, helping students improve their coordination, problem-solving skills, and confidence on the mat. Classes include drilling, technical development, and sparring, allowing students to apply what they learn and gradually develop their own style within the sport

The main goal of this class is to help children become comfortable with the movements and techniques while having fun.
Age 8 to 12 years: In this class we focus on strengthening and solidifying the fundamental techniques and movements. In addition to the basics, students expand their knowledge by exploring essential details and more complex techniques and sequences (linking individual techniques together into one continuous flow). Each class ends with sparring so students can practice applying the techniques and sequences they have learned as smooth, continuous movements.

Age 12+: In this class we continue developing the fundamental techniques while practicing increasingly complex and longer sequences (linking individual techniques together into one continuous system). Students are encouraged to develop their own style within the sport. Every body is different and therefore requires its own way of moving. There is room for personal input, deeper understanding, and discussion. Each class ends with sparring so students can practice performing the learned techniques and sequences as smooth, continuous movements.
